Refunds and Returns
Lily Botanicals is dedicated to providing you products that you are completely satisfied with. If you are unsatisfied with a product we offer a 30 day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a product, contact us immediately at lilybotanicals@gmail.com. To receive a full credit refund products must be unopened and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned product.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. At this time, you must email us for availability and to place your order. We will send you an invoice to make your payment. Your products will ship the next business day after your payment is received.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products you purchase. At checkout you have multiple shipping options.
International orders are NOT accepted at this time.
